I was meaning to post this a while back, but if any of you are interested in posting an author picuture it's extremely easy. All you need to do is go to control panel, edit your profile, and where you see the picture field, browse for your picture the way you would for an e-mail attachment.
A good place to find images is through the google image search click here if you want to be taken their now.
